I’m Julita. Years of training and competing as a bodybuilder taught me exactly how a body is built: deliberately, patiently, one rep at a time.

Triple-negative breast cancer meant rebuilding my own from the start. Chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, then a long road back that nobody handed me a map for. That road is now my profession.

Today I coach women through both, building strength and rebuilding it, as a CETI Cancer Exercise Specialist and REPs UAE registered personal trainer, in person in Dubai and online anywhere in the world.

I’ve built a body for the stage and rebuilt one after cancer. Both rested on the same foundation of strength, and I’m passionate about helping you build yours.
